Submit your Resume

Once a resume is submitted, we will carefully review your background to ensure it meets our core exclusivity metrics (verify certifications, college degrees, and a minimum of 7 years experience in the workforce).

 

Please also include at least 3 professional references.

 

If your resume passes our review, an ACP recruiter will reach out to schedule a time to meet with you.

Meet with an ACP Recruiter

If your resume and background meet our core exclusivity metrics, an ACP recruiter will reach out to schedule a time to meet with you.

​

In this meeting, we will want to learn more about you, your work experience (going beyond just the bullet points and highlights), where you are in your career, and what exactly you're looking for and would be open to in your next role.

 

We will also want to know what your bottom-line target salary/compensation is so we can present you accordingly, and not waste your time with roles that fall short.

​

In this meeting, we want to get to know you! ..so we can then work our magic.

Formal Network Presentation

If you've made it this far, you're in good shape.

 

Now that we've gotten to know you, and feel confident in your expertise, we kick things in gear and present you to our network partners & clients where we believe you will make the best fit. 

​

We have deeper discussions with Hiring Managers and determine when they would be free to meet with you themselves - we are your biggest advocate here.

 

Our clients trust our input and we will go the extra mile in an effort to expedite the interview & hiring process.

Schedule Interviews

Once a Hiring Manager has confirmed interest in wanting to meet with you, we will coordinate and schedule the interview(s) based on your availability.

Once a day & time is confirmed on both sides, a detailed calendar invite will be sent to you.

​

(Your ACP recruiter will connect with you again prior to each interview making sure you are most confident and feel fully prepared)

Interview Debriefs & Next Steps

We will connect with you after each interview for a quick debrief, ensuring you still view the opportunity as a good fit.

 

We want you to be happy, excited, and feel capable in your next role - not stressed and overwhelmed, or in over your head. We do this to make sure you are feeling good about the path we are putting you on, from start to finish.

 

If we need to pivot and recalibrate, we pivot and recalibrate. 

 

We will also debrief with the Hiring Managers at this time getting their thoughts and feedback, which we will always share with you once received (good or bad).

OFFER Extension

If all goes well, the company will let us know that they would like to move forward and extend a verbal offer!

We will connect with you to discuss the details of the offer and determine an official start date that works best for everyone.

You can relax, end your stressful search, and celebrate as you please!



(We will of course continue to support you with any onboarding requirements, etc that need to be done leading up to your start date)
