Job Overview:

Seeking a talented Full Stack Application Developer to join an innovative team supporting an important Department of Defense initiative. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of developers to modernize existing processes and build new automated solutions that support critical operations.

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate within a team of developers to modernize existing processes and build new automated solutions that support critical business operations.

• Provide full-cycle application development and ongoing production support, ensuring system integrity and performance.

• Engage with stakeholders from the initial requirements-gathering phase to final delivery, addressing technical issues and providing innovative solutions throughout the process.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, transforming user requirements into robust technical solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges while balancing customer needs with high-quality software development practices.

Required Tech Skills:

• Must be proficient with Java-based applications

• Must be proficient with C#, React.js, and Bootstrap CSS framework

• Experience with Linux systems

• Experience with Coldfusion

• SQL and/or NoSQL databases

• Experience with GitLab

• Experience with JIRA & Confluence

• Experience troubleshooting and integrating software applications to a system designed to automate

Degree (or experience) Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, with 5+ years of professional experience - (OR) - 8+ years of professional experience, in lieu of a degree

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:

MUST HAVE AN (ACTIVE) TS/SCI W. FULL-SCOPE POLYGRAPH CLEARANCE

(NOT REQUIRED, but Desired):

• Experience supporting a government initiative to modernize systems with software development and integration

• Experience with ADA 508 Compliance

• UX/UI design experience, able to enhance usability and the overall user experience

• Someone that is able to expertly pivot between Javascript frameworks like React and Bootstrap pending project needs and requirements

• Experience with SQL AND NoSQL databases

• A passionate Software Developer & Integrator who thinks like a Solutions Architect and end-user
